09 Bed Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 09 Bed website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the 09 Bed Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 09 Bed. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

09 Bed reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use the 09 Bed Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.

09 Bed reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended or closed and any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 09 Bed Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a payment method registered in your own name. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

• You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 09 Bed support immediately.
• 09 Bed will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

09 Bed reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.

09 Bed accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other payment methods listed on the deposit page at the time of your transaction. Supported payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your 09 Bed account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, typically within seconds for mobile money methods.
• 09 Bed does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

09 Bed operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in BDT unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 09 Bed support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is stated on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must have their wagering requirements met before a withdrawal can be processed. Alternatively, you may forfeit the bonus to proceed with a withdrawal of your real-money balance.

09 Bed reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 09 Bed will notify you and may request additional documentation.

09 Bed offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: 09 Bed reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

All games available on the 09 Bed Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by our game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure that results are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including account history or bet size.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the individual game page. These figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome in any individual session.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. 09 Bed does not reverse or modify game results except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and any bets placed during that round refunded to your account balance.
• 09 Bed is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's own internet connection issues or device failures during gameplay.

Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Game rules are accessible from within each game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09 Bed Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for betting.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Allowing another person to access or use your account.

09 Bed actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 09 Bed reserves the right to suspend the account, void all bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Serious cases may be referred to relevant authorities.

09 Bed reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable checks are completed.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 09 Bed customer support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

09 Bed collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

09 Bed uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals.

• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering requirements.

09 Bed is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 09 Bed's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits 09 Bed's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

09 Bed reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The updated Terms will always be available on this page with a revised effective date. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
